Dr. Nogan and his staff are the most respectful, honest and friendly folks you will ever work with. He resolved my breathing issues with an upfront and honest diagnoses, as well as accurate expectations and results. Great respect for Dr. Nogan and his team, wouldn’t go anywhere else! (And I’ve been to five others.)

It has been four months since I had Fraxel Laser on my face and I love the results. Dr. Nogan was very reassuring about what to expect and even made sure the results were great with a touch up laser that made the remaining redness disappear. I highly recommend him and his team of professionals.

I have been a long time patient at the Sullivan Centre Nancy Cotterman does my lips and botox. She is awesome! I It takes skill to make those enhancements look so natural. Dina has taken such good care of me ovare er the years . I am a breast cancer survivor and while undergoing treatment she did treatments to help with the side effects of chemotherapy. My eybrows never came in fully and now they are fully and natural. I get complements on my skin all the time. Im 59 and feel like I could pass for a woman in her 40’s. Dina is a true artist and always knows the best plan of treatment for me as I age. I would never trust anyone else but those wonderful individuals at the Sullivan Centre > I’ve met Dr. Nogan a few times and feel confident that if I ever needed his services I would be in great hands.

Without breath, life is miserable. Dr. Mike gave me this gift about ten years ago after a neglected injury. Without him, my life wouldn’t be the same. Dr Nogan is an exceptional person and physician! . He makes you feel welcome, puts your mind at ease, discusses with you thoroughly what he will perform and what you can expect. I was very hesitant because I scar so… easily ,and to my surprise I had no scar. He used a wrinkle in my face from my age to make the incision match . You can have a nice doctor but the most important aspect is that, is he the best in his field? Yes, he is! He always does a follow up himself. He has a caring bedside manner that you will appreciate. He has helped me in many ways beyond just doing surgery for me. I highly recommend Dr. Nogan for your plastic surgery needs!

Being apprehensive of any type elective procedure, of any kind, on spur of moment I decided to do a lower facelift; I signed up and proceeded. From first consult to about six weeks out until surgery, I had my procedure. iIf I were to have planned long term and waited I likely would have chickened out. I am so glad I proceeded. Dr. Nogan was so professional and comforting in laying out his recommendations for me in my particular case, his plan and what to expect as far as recovery . One year out post surgery, I can say I am beyond pleased. Have seen others having had same procedure elsewhere without same outcome. Narural/refreshed look without appearing overdone or like I had even had surgery. Very well done!! Thank you Dr. Nogan!

Dr. Nogan is great. He is passionate about his work and I’m definitely satisfied with the results, so far. I broke my nose in the 6th grade. I considered getting a rhinoplasty years ago, but the first doctor rushed the consultation(we spoke for fewer than five minutes) and seemed evasive when I began asking questions. Anyway, I asked Dr. Nogan to remove the fractures parts from the top of my nose. He suggested that I had some work done on the tip, as well. I was skeptical about his suggestion until he explained that it would complement the changes to the top of my nose. I’m glad that I took his advice. I will definitely recommend him to others. I’ll add before and after photos soon.

I’ve suffered from moderate (to at times more severe) adult acne since I was about 22-23 years old. I’ve tried numerous prescriptions throughout the years, from Retin-A Micro, to Tazorac, to Finacea, to antibiotics, to you name it. Even when my acne was somewhat under control, I was plagued with persistent and unsightly red marks that usually follow inflammatory acne lesions. These red marks can take a long time to heal/fade — at times weeks, but more often one to two months. I was doing some research about Pulsed-Dye Lasers, which are known to help treat redness (I believe studies have showed they help with inflammation, but I’m no doctor!). I gave Dr. Nogan’s office a call, and was told that they have access to the laser I was interested in once a month. Since then, I have had three laser appointments with Dr. Nogan, and the results have been fantastic. First of all, Dr. Nogan treated my entire face, not just the red marks. After three treatments, the red marks around my chin (where a majority of my acne was) are pretty much gone. The redness in my cheeks and the small, thin, veins around my nose are also gone. I really wasn’t aware just how red my face was until I started having laser sessions to treat it. Family members and friends have commented on my skin, and more importantly, I’m feeling better! Acne when you’re sixteen is one thing, but as an adult, it was beginning to effect my self-esteem. Dr. Nogan was patient, kind, and I felt very at ease in his office. He easy to talk to, which is hard to find with some doctors. I felt very comfortable speaking with him about my concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I’ve had three laser treatments so far, and I plan to return (should I find it necessary).

My nose was broken at the age of 18. For 20 yrs I could not breathe through my nose. I suffered w/sinus problems,extreme pressure & congestion. My cartilage and septum were seriously damaged also.After years of suffering, I met Dr.Nogan.He was the first Dr. that really took the time to understand &diagnose my issues. Dr. Nogan is wonderful. He’s kind, respectful & really cares abt. his patients. After going to Dr. Nogan I’m able to breathe for the first time in 20yrs. He gave me my life back!

I originally saw Dr. Nogan because I was having problems breathing through the right side of my nose. After he did the exam, Dr. Nogan took the time to explain all of my options. Eventually, I did have a rhinoplasty to help reconstruct my nasal passages and he was amazing! My nose looks the same, no exterior scaring and I can breathe again! I would highly recommend Dr. Nogan to all of my friends and family.

A truly awesome experience! Rarely have I encountered a doctor who possesses the right mix of professionalism and patient concern. Any trepidation that I may have had going in was quickly erased by Dr. Nogan’s unparalleled medical knowledge and expertise and his spectacular “bedside” manner. And a sense of humor to boot!

Dr. Nogan and Staff were wonderful. Dr Nogan answered all of my questions questions about the procedure, what I could expect the results to be and how long recover should take. It really helped me to be comfortable about my decision to proceed. The Staff at the OSU Surgical Center were very professional and explained what would be happening during the procedure. Always a pleasant visit. Dr. Nogan is an extremely skilled surgeon. He listens to the patients and takes the time to explain the procedures he is about to perform and the possible outcomes. It just so happens, the outcomes are always spectacular. He is reliable, pragmatic and honest. He is surrounded by an equally competent and pleasant staff. Dr. Nogan has great sense of humor, which is essential when you are about to go under the knife, he is an excellent doctor and a great addition to the Ohio State Medical School.

Very attentive and knowedgable! Dr Nogan was great! I broke my nose the end of July and my regular ENT had cancelled my appointment. I called OSU and they were able to work me in within 2 days. He was thorough and seemed experienced and knowledgible. He made a plan for repair and his assistant Chrystal handled the details. I had surgery on Olentangy River Rd and it went very well. Dr Nogan did a septum repair and I was surprised that I needed minimal pain meds afterwards. He has done a couple of followups since. He is always attentive and willing to listen and answer any questions. Great office! Pleased with the results! I can breathe again!

Doctor Nogan has been taking care of me for over 2 years with my facial burns and nasel stents and I have the up most respect for him. Always professional and he takes the time to listen to my needs and concerns. Dr.Nogan even addressed my concerns over the weekend. So lucky to have Dr. Nogan! I was very lucky when I was transferred to Osu after my facial trauma. My dog bit me in the face and removed 30% of my lower lip. Dr. Nogan came to my bedside pre operatively and explained what he needed to do. At no time since December to today have I left his office not knowing what to expect! Today, 9 months later, most people don’t even notice the injury!!

I felt totally comfortable with Dr M Sullivan. He was patient, realistic, and honest. He listened. His staff was wonderful before and after surgery. So supportive and compassionate. The nurse Susan made me feel at ease and safe. Very flexible with scheduling and super friendly!!

I had my under eye surgery in March and I’m very pleased with the results. The staff is great. Dr. Mike took his time in explaining the procedure and answered all my questions. He also called the evening of my procedure to make sure I was doing okay.
