I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Nogan and his team, Deejay in particular. I had a complex case following a severe facial trauma over a decade prior, which left me with significant facial asymmetry and nasal deformity. Dr. Nogan performed my septorhinoplasty 14 months ago, and I truly could not be happier with the results.

He is an incredibly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated doctor. He has the confidence and expertise you want in a surgeon without ever making you feel like he has an ego. His bedside manner is the best I have ever experienced. He listened to me, understood my concerns, and always made me feel comfortable and cared for  throughout the process.

I am beyond grateful that I found Dr. Nogan. My nose is amazing, and seeing how beautifully it has continued to heal and refine over the past 14 months has been incredible.

As a person who doesn’t normally do reviews I thought this would benefit others that might be considering Dr Nogan and his team.
First of all, some back history of my research on him. I first visited Dr Nogan in 2022 when he was affiliated with a different organization. I liked everything that he had explained to me however I personally had chickened out, just the fact. After long and hard consideration, I revisited with him in 2026 realizing he had broke out on his own and started Columbus Facial. Dr Nogan had not only remembered me four years later but remembered all the facts and details that we had spoken about in 2022, says a lot for a surgeon who I’m sure has thousands of patients that he sees.
His staff is absolutely fantastic from the minute you walk in the door, to keeping all of your information protected and giving you all of the Information that you need after the decisions have been made with the doctor. Dr Nogan is not a doctor that will  automatically assume that you want the most advanced procedures, but he will explain to you in great detail and with great compassion what your options are based on your age, skin, and your health. His assistant DeeJay Is absolutely phenomenal! Deejay’s compassion is as extraordinary as Dr Nogan. This office will work with you on your scheduling, any financial concerns that you might have but most important any of your health concerns.
As you do your research, I’m sure you’re going to find lots of doctors with great reviews, but I assure you this office, this Dr and his physicians assistant DeeJay Is worth your time to go and have an evaluation done before you make any of your decisions.
My results have been very positive and although I am still in the healing process I could not be happier with my results.
Also would like to share that I traveled 2 1/2 hours one way for this doctor to be my surgeon and I would recommend that anyone who is considering any type of surgery to visit with him as well.

I went to Dr. Nogan for help with my nasal passages and breathing.  He was very kind, and listened to me.  The staff is very attentive and was genuinely concerned on how I was recovering.  I would definitely recommend him and would go back.
