How can I prevent more age spots from appearing?

Generally, a healthier lifestyle which indicates a good diet and regular exercise can be helpful. A no smoking policy should also be enforced to ensure more youthful skin. But the number one anti-aging tip is to be sure to use a good quality sunscreen on your skin every day. Often times people think that sunscreen is not necessary in the winter; it should be noted that sun exposure to the skin at any time will cause aging. We offer many different types of mineral based SPF available in our office. Check out one of our favorite skin care lines for SPF! Mineral based SPF
