Dr. Elisabeth Nogan, director of CFP Health, brings years of clinical experience as a family medicine physician to our team. She held a faculty position in the Family and Community Medicine Department at The Ohio State University prior to joining CFP, where she had a busy clinical practice and was active in graduate medical education. Dr. Nogan has always focused on prevention and the management of chronic disease. As the medical director of The Phil Heit Center for Healthy New Albany she helped implement the Exercise is Medicine program at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center.
With an understanding of the complicated connection between lifestyle and chronic disease, Dr. Nogan is excited to share her passion for helping people live their healthiest lives.
